Flaxseed Oil

Flaxseed oil, also known as flax oil or linseed oil, is made from flax seeds that have been ground and pressed to release their natural oil. Flax seeds are known for their many health benefits, which include providing a hearty dose of protein and fibre, reducing appetite and aiding in weight control. 

Research indicates that flaxseed oil has many potential benefits including benefitting heart health, being effecting at treating both constipation and diarrhoea and enhancing skin health. Flaxseed oil is also loaded with heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids and there is some evidence to suggest that flaxseed oil may help reduce the growth of cancer cells.
