Propolis is a resinous substance collected by bees from the buds and bark of trees which naturally contains organic acids, bioflavonoids, minerals and other nutrients. The bees use this plant extract to seal their hives and protect it from infection. Humans use it as a natural homeopathic treatment for a variety of uses.
Directions
Gargle or drink 3-5 drops in half a glass of warm water.
It can be applied directly on the mouth and skin or diluted with water for sensitive skin.
