Manuka Honey can be included in many smoothies in order to sweeten flavouring in a healthy fashion. Below is one such smoothie idea.
Cinnamon Peanut Butter Smoothie:
- 2 florets of cauliflower
- 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon of Manuka honey
- Half a frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup of almond milk, hemp milk or other milk of choice
Add in all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined.
