Recipe for Cinnamon Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 2 florets of cauliflower
- 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon of Manuka honey
- Half a frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup of almond milk, hemp milk or other milk of choice
Add in all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined. Enjoy with toppings of your liking such as berries or sprinkled cinnamon.
